1. How We Fulfil Your Order

  • Print-on-demand network – Most apparel, posters, and accessories are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Your items are produced only after you place an order, reducing waste and ensuring fresh, high-quality prints. Orders are routed to the nearest available production facility to speed up delivery.
  • In-house studio – Limited-edition fine-art prints and original artwork ship directly from our studio, where each piece is prepared and packaged with care.

Shipping charges are shown at checkout in EUR or USD, depending on your location. Remote-area surcharges may apply—we’ll email you first if that happens.


4. Customs & Import Duties

When an item is printed in the same country or customs union that it ships to, no import duty is charged. If your package crosses a border, local customs may collect duties or taxes before delivery. These charges (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.


5. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because production begins quickly, edits or cancellations aren’t guaranteed once you click “Confirm”. If you notice an error, email support@sotuland.com within 1 hour—we’ll do our best to catch it before printing.


6. Returns & Replacements

Return guidelines

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • We’ll provide a return authorisation and the nearest return address (US, EU, or AU).
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (card, PayPal, EveryPay) after inspection.

7. How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@sotuland.com with your order number and clear photos (if applicable).
  2. We’ll reply within 2 business days with next steps.
  3. Ship the item using a trackable service and share the tracking link.

8. Ownership of Goods

Title to the merchandise transfers to you once full payment—including shipping—has been received.
